Trojan is pleased to have supplied their TroTrof C1/43 large capacity recycled polymer cable trough to the Network Rail led project responsible for delivering the Ordsall Chord to Manchester.
Managing Director, Stewart Wellens is particularly delighted as Manchester is his hometown. Manchester has always been at the forefront of innovation and industrial development, and to be a part of such a prestigous moment could not have fitted more perfectly with Trojan's British Designed, British Made ethos.
This type of project demonstrates the benefits of installing lightweight, yet robust polymer troughing. Ease of access to the installation site, reduction in cable route weight, proven environmental and sustainability benefits through life cycle assessment are all assets for any design and installation team.
TroTrack Composites (Trackwork and Trojan Alliance) look forward to supplying further projects with the award winning Tro range of products - TroTred, TroTrof C1/9, TroTrof C1/43, TroBord and TroPath.
